Our customers will have a a 14 day period from the day the goods are received to notify National Pumps and Boilers that you wish to cancel or return. Once we have been notified, the customers have another 14 days to return our goods at their own cost.
National Pumps and Boilers must refund the customer within 14 days of it receiving the goods.
All items must be returned as sold, in their original packaging. All items not be used or installed otherwise a refund will be refused.
If the goods are damaged or faulty please contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of receipt on 0333 358 3060 who will process the claim for you and supply you with a replacement where possible.

In order to process a return you must return the goods along with a copy of your original despatch note or invoice, and a short note explaining the reason for return.
Please note returns will not be processed without a despatch/delivery or invoice number
If returning an item due to a fault, some manufacturers will require the pump to be sent directly to them to determine if the fault was caused by a manufacturing defect or incorrect installation*. If the item's fault was caused by an installation fault. A refund will not be offered. If the fault was a manufacturing fault, a full refund or replacement will be provided. A full pump report will be provided upon request.
